Our event staff will present your laminate, lanyard and tour gift to you upon arrival at the event. If these items aren't available for collection on the day of the event, they will be posted to you afterwards.
Unless otherwise stated ahead of your show via email, you are expected to check-in/register on-site with VIP Nation on the day of the event. If you don't, merchandise cannot be sent to you afterwards.
